Honesty, Integrity, Hardwork or Looks? What matters
the most in an indian job?

My answer to that was: though sarcastic , but thats today's reality : 

Simplest Answer: NOPE. Looks, Acting,
Networking, Blabbering, Shallow Talk,
Gay talk is the WAY TO GO.

If you are Knowledgeable, consider you will
never get the job. If you
are ethical or principled - Forget it.

The day
Indians fell prey to the Marketing Gimmicks of WEST, Indians
lost the
values.

The impact is long term and cannot be termed Intellectual Erosion
-
its much worse - ITS INTELLECTUAL ANNIHILATION.

Life is NOT all sweets. Adapt to a stage where bitterness is
the
Sweetest thing.
